Backyard Creations Promo Codes for October 2026

my patio is amazing now!

last week i bought a Threshold outdoor rug and it looks fantastic, only wish it came in more colors!

Detailed feedback on my order

I ordered an outdoor sectional and a cantilever umbrella. The ordering process online was straightforward, though I had a small question about delivery dates for the larger items. I used their chat support, and the person was helpful and confirmed the delivery window. The sectional arrived first, about a week after ordering, which was pretty quick for a large item. The umbrella came a few days later. Both items were well-packaged, no damage. Assembly instructions for the sectional were clear enough, took my husband and me about an hour. The quality of the fabric on the sectional seems good, sturdy, and the umbrella mechanism works smoothly. Overall, a good experience from start to finish. The website could maybe use a bit more detail on exact lead times for bigger furniture pieces when you're checking out, but it wasn't a major problem.

Always reliable for outdoor stuff

This isn't my first time buying from Backyard Creations. I got an outdoor sectional from them a couple of years ago, and it's still holding up great. This time I needed some replacement cushions for my patio chairs. The website made it easy to find the right size and color. The order came quickly, in about 5 days, just like last time. Their quality is consistent, which is why I keep coming back when I need something for the backyard.

Decent purchase, small issue

I bought an Adirondack chair during their end-of-season sale. The price was really good, probably 30% off, which made it a worthwhile buy. It shipped out in a reasonable time, maybe 6 days to get to my place in Texas. Assembly was mostly fine, all the parts were there, but one of the pre-drilled holes was slightly off, made it a bit trickier to get the screw in perfectly. Once assembled, the chair feels sturdy and looks nice on my porch. Good value, just that one small hiccup with the assembly.

Good deal on patio set

I was looking for a new patio dining set and saw Backyard Creations had a clearance event. Got a nice 5-piece set, table and chairs, for about 25% off the regular price. Shipping wasn't free but it was still a decent overall saving compared to other places I checked. Felt like a solid purchase for the money.

Fire pit cover was perfect

So, I needed a new cover for my wood burning fire pit, the old one just fell apart. Found one on their site, it was pretty easy to navigate, which was nice. Ordered it, and it showed up maybe 4 days later? Fits perfectly. No drama, no fuss, just what I needed. Happy with it.

Quick shipping, good item

Ordered a fire pit spark screen. Arrived fast. Fit my fire pit well. No issues.
